A beautiful sight on a beautiful day on Spring Lake! We hadn't seen a migrating Wood Duck on the lake for a couple of years, and just when I thought we had seen the last of the duck migration this spring, there they were. This is the male, in his awesome breeding season plumage. I couldn't manage to get both of them in the same photo.
