Stray Animals

Though our neighborhood residents are good pet owners and typically keep a close eye on their pets, occasionally we find a stray animal that we don't recognize as "the next-door dog or cat." What to do? The Journal Times posted related information shortly after Countryside changed over to the Racine chapter of the Wisconsin Humane Society.
