Waiting for eggs

The House Finches have completed their nest, which is nestled in a few flowering branches on our front door, out of sight and nicely protected from the elements. Great job, right? I'm always amazed that birds innately know how to do this. The nest is about 3" wide, 2" deep, and ready for eggs!
